mirai-console-jpa-plugin

J Picture Archiving : 这个插件只做一件事，保存机器人收到的所有图片。

使用jpa setDir命令来设置存档根目录，默认保存在插件数据目录

使用jpa reset命令来重置存档目录到插件数据目录

存档结构：

dir/QID/{image id}.ext
