## J Picture Archiving : 这个插件只做一件事，保存机器人收到的所有图片。
使用`jpa setDir`命令来设置存档根目录，默认保存在插件数据目录
使用`jpa reset`命令来重置存档目录到插件数据目录
存档结构：
> dir/QID/{image id}.ext
